Dr Rhea Kotecha began medicine in crisis — on the COVID wards in London, where nights blurred into mornings and every alarm meant a life on the edge. But motherhood shifted her perspective. Health was no longer something to fix once broken, but a resource to protect long before decline.
That realisation led her to longevity medicine — where prevention, precision, and personalised care meet. With a background spanning psychology, neuroscience, and clinical nutrition, Rhea works at the crossroads of science and human behaviour, helping patients rebuild from the root and restore cellular health.
